GA4 Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and maintaining Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for our clients' websites.
• Analysing website data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Creating customised reports, explorations and dashboards to track website performance.
• Collaborating with other team members to provide data-driven insights for website optimisation and user experience improvement.
• Implementing tagging requirements in Google Tag Manager, using data layers, Java Script and API integrations where needed.
• Using event tracking, segmentation, and audiences to create detailed customer journey analysis leading to clearly actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Experience in web analytics, with a strong focus on Google Analytics 4.
• Detailed knowledge of data collection using Google Tag Manager, including Java Script and data layers.
• Proven experience in analysing website data and providing insights to improve website performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in working with API integrations.
• Experience using Google BigQuery and Looker Data Studio would be desirable.
